Shipping costs
The shipping costs of the Water Improver PRO® are now temporarily FREE throughout Europe and the UK Even if you order 2 products or more, we will still ship your order for FREE (also useful for neighbors, family, or friends).
Shipping
Your order will be sent by post within 24 hours (working days). It will take between 2 and 7 working days for your order to arrive. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail once the package has been sent so that you can track your order. This delivery time is a guideline and not a guarantee. Waterimprover.eu does not accept any liability should anything go wrong with the carrier, but we will do everything we can to get your package to you as soon as possible. Returns
If you are not satisfied with the ordered product, you have 100 days from purchase to register the product for return. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Costs for returning the product will be paid by the consumer.
If you make use of your right to return, we will refund the entire order amount including shipping costs to your account within 14 days of the return notification.
If you want to return the product, please send an email to info@waterimprover.eu. We will respond within 24 hours with the return instructions.
